How to Use Google Form to Collect Data

Exercise:

1. Create a new Google Form.
2. Write at least five questions in your form. Try to create different types of questions.
3. Publish your form. Share your form with two people and ask them to complete it.
4. Look at the summary of the responses when people are done answering questions.

3. Insert an image into your document.
4. Insert a hyperlink into your document.
5. Invite two other people to collaborate on your document.

My return

I am back ! 

Year 2014, my working place moved from Gotong Jaya, Genting Hoghlands, Pahang to Bandar Enstek, Nilai, negeri Sembilan. A totally new building but...projek sakit, as people quoted.

Oops....!

Year 2014 was busy with the Frog VLE training - planning, budgeting, allocating, managing, coordinating, implementing. reporting..... Thank God, managed to train 4870 school administrators, with limited manpower and within five months. Wishing them all the best and a successful implementation.

Last November, I went to Kuching with friends for a six days trip....just 'lepak-lepak' to release my stress.
